Inventure Capital is a boutique investment fund with a portfolio of assets ranging from early stage investments in tech, biotech, and clean tech startups in the Midwest to multi-family apartment development. We seek attractive risk-reward profiles across asset classes and time horizons, combining a unique blend of tax-efficient, cash-flow generating real estate exposure with long term investments in the technology of tomorrow. Start-up investments include two health care technologies, a mobile authentication platform, and a clean water technology company for the oil & gas industry. We also offer consulting and advisory work to include expert financial analysis and due diligence research on an ad hoc basis.
